If you look at the fall swatch for the holiday card decor the first card even appears to depict a American Maple tree and acorns that look similar to the kinds you would find in the US and Canada. I hear you but like I was saying three of the four traditions like thankful spirit, grand meal, and decorations which are modeled after American Thanksgiving decorations all seem a little too specific to be a broader holiday but rather one loosely based off American Thanksgiving.
